DANIEL MEZICK is an author, enterprise Agile coach, and keynote speaker. He is the primary author of the OPEN SPACE AGILITY HANDBOOK and the formulator of OpenSpace Agility, a technique for bringing rapid and lasting culture change to any organization.

He pioneered the idea of culture as a game, and the idea that the most effective culture change programs are best structured as inviting, engaging games. Saritha Chalumuri

Saritha has built 16 years of IT experience in software architecture, design, estimations and development. Syedur Rahman

Syedur Rahman is a Lead DevOps Engineer and Software Architect from Dhaka, Bangladesh. His specialization includes DevOps, Build management, Web application development (Asp.Net, Java, and PHP), Mobile application development, Open source projects, E-commerce and custom application development.

He is an AWS Certified Developer (AWSCD) and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). He has more than 12 years of experience in programming. He has participated in lot of national and international programming contests in between years 2003- 2007. He has conducted multiple DevOps training session both nationally and internationally during last 2 years. Recently he conducted workshop on DevOps in Regional Scrum Gathering @China and @Portugal.

 

Avinash Rao

Avinash is a regular speaker and thought leader in Agile, LEAN and Kanban, with strong Engagement, Account and Program leadership, in selling, structuring and delivering large programs in multi-region, multi vendor situations. He is a thought leader in Scaling Agile, and in the definition of Program Management and PMO offerings.

Among various other conferences and meetups, Avinash has spoken at various times at Lean Kanban India; at Agile India; at the Agile Coach Meetup, Bangalore; and the India Regional Scrum Gathering.

 

 

Alistair Sloley

Alistair Sloley is an Agile consultant, specializing in Agile training, Agile coaching, and software development best practices. He is a fifteen-year veteran of Microsoft where he acted as a Program Manager, Software Test Engineer, and Software Design Engineer in Test.

At Microsoft, he shipped in over ten products, worked with Microsoft Research on multiple high-profile projects, and helped lead his organization into enterprise-level implementation of Scrum. As an Agile consultant for Steve McConnell at Construx Software, he led Agile transformation efforts at a variety of clients, spanning industries and incorporating a diverse range of Agile practices.

Avik has over two decades of experience in IT and telecom services pertaining to data science. As group manager- Data Science, he plays a vital role in machine learning technology engagements of the company in communication sector across Indian & South Asia region. Avik has provided consultancy for major industry MNC organisations in USA, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands and other various places in continental Europe.

Before joining IBM, he was involved as a senior manager in Ernst & Young providing consultancy in various statistical analytics techniques pertaining to fraud and dispute service. He had completed his master’s in Statistics from Indian Statistical Institute.

Purnima is a PMP, ITILv3F and CSM IT professional who has majorly developed, managed and delivered command & call center applications by adding agile flavour to each phase of the projects she has facilitated in last 16+ years of her career. She has steered deployments of many call centre automation by being in various roles of Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master and has experience on domains ranging from Financial, Credit Card, Healthcare, CRM, Corporate Governance Apps by ensuring that these platforms are PCI compliant. Purnima has also been mentoring and coaching individuals and teams to imbibe Agile – Scrum values.
